These conditions are concluded, in France, as part of a distance selling system, between an online customer and the merchant site.

The prices are printed in euros. The prices indicated next to the photos of the products are those in force at the time of consultation and may be modified subsequently, without notice. They don't understand the cost of transportation.
The total amount indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed all taxes included, including French VAT and the price of transport according to the choice of delivery method made by the customer.
Any customs duties payable at destination are the responsibility of the customer.

The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated when confirming the order. The price of the order is payable in cash at the time of ordering.
Payment is made by credit card, transfer, check or Paypal account.
THA-MAKA uses secure PAYPAL and CB payment.
The bank card number, validation date and cryptogram digits are transmitted encrypted. Information concerning your card (number and expiry date) is not transmitted to THAMAKA.FR. This transaction takes place on the bank server.
IMPORTANT: THA-MAKA.COM accepts payments by bank check in Euros only from banks domiciled in France. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR PAYMENT BY CHECK.
ARTICLE 7 - Disputes
This contract is subject to French law.
THA-MAKA cannot be held responsible for any damage that could result from improper use of the products sold or from possible modifications to the products resulting from the manufacturers.
THA-MAKA liability will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order.
In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the buyer has the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution.

Preparation and delivery times:
THA-MAKA prepares orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours (working days). Packages are then sent by post Monday to Friday (except public holidays). The preparation time is a maximum of 48 hours (excluding made-to-order creations and during sales).
